Where do I buy a face?
For now, most faces are sold through the Connect IQ Store. Each face page links to it. Before mid-2027, checkout moves to this site, and you'll pay here instead.
I already bought a face through Garmin. Do I need to pay again?
No. Update the face whenever the Connect IQ app offers a new version, and it stays unlocked after the move. If a face ever asks you to buy it again, send your Garmin receipt and you'll get a license.
How do I install a face?
Open the Connect IQ app on your phone, find the face, and tap Install. It reaches your watch on the next sync. Settings for each face live in the same app under My Device.
Will it work on my watch?
Each face page lists the watches it was built for. Most faces run on round Garmin screens from 240 to 454 pixels, including Forerunner, Fenix, Epix, Venu, and Vivoactive models. The Compatible Devices tab in the Connect IQ Store has the full list.
Does a face send my data anywhere?
Your steps, heart rate, and other health data stay on your watch. Once checkout moves here, a face may check its license with this site using an anonymous ID for your watch, and nothing else.
Who makes these?
